Manny Pena in the service dept is a rock star. He has always taken care of my wife and her vehicle and recently it was in for repairs when hurricane Milton headed this way. It took my wife over three hours to get to the dealership to pick up her care. Manny left message with someone who was waiting for her after closing and as soon as she arrived greeted her and made sure she was taken care of. She was almost in tears after the day she had and how far the dealership went to take care of her. Soooo impressed I’d buy a Kia if they made a big truck!! More

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and when I sat down and started working the numbers with him he was very informative and down the earth. If you want a place that’s gonna work with you and give you there best. I’d go to KIA of Wesley Chapel!! More
