This is the type of dealer that gives car sales a bad name. Friendly, but sleazy. Added to every new car sale is a $4000 fee (actually $3992, which they pointed out when I complained) for mandatory car name. Friendly, but sleazy. Added to every new car sale is a $4000 fee (actually $3992, which they pointed out when I complained) for mandatory car care add-ons. They laughably claim it is a $7200 value, but is probably worth under $500 and again this is mandatory. A waste of an afternoon, especially as I came from an hour away as they had a "good price" on the car I wanted. There marketing strategy is to add $4,000 in BS fees to then negotiate against. Highly, recommend finding a more honest Kia dealer or just avoiding Kia altogether. More

You have a great employee and person on Mike Nelson. He is outstanding very nice very helpful and follows through with his word.
