Buying a car here was a good experience. Service department is another matter altogether. The service dept never answers their phone when you call; you can only leave a message. I left one this morning 10 minutes after they opened. It's now 30 minutes until they close for the day and they've still not called me back. I am going to try to get a refund on the service package I bought from them because deaing with them is so frustrating that I'd rather take my car just about anywhere else at this point. More
