I am a first-time car buyer, and in my search for finding something reasonable, I came across Kia of Streetsboro. The vehicle I had been looking into was located there and as soon as I inquired about it. I w something reasonable, I came across Kia of Streetsboro. The vehicle I had been looking into was located there and as soon as I inquired about it. I was called by the appointment rep, Joanne. From there, we stayed in touch about the availability of the vehicle, and when I could come in and take a look at it since it had not yet finished being inspected. Once it passed the inspection, I was then told to come in and I bolted up the highway to take a look at it. When I got there, Cleo, the sales rep took over and it was all gold from there. As a first time car buyer, I was told that dealerships have sharks just waiting on you to come in and make everything sound like a million bucks just to get your money. Cleo was far from being a shark. In fact, I felt very comfortable. He was the utmost respectful, helpful, and hospitable person which I did not expect. He kept it real with me, provided leniency, and genuinely treated me like I was family. He also got me in and out. Once they ran my credit history and it was green, I was able to look at the vehicle thoroughly and test drive it, and it failed to disappoint. In totality, I was there no more than an hour and a half. I want to thank the entire staff at Kia of Streetsboro for welcoming me with open arms and treating me with respect. I would recommend everyone give it a shot there, you will not be disappointed! More

Our family found our honda pilot at Kia of Streetsboro website and they were nothing but kind, respectful and went over and beyond for us to walk out with great payments on a very lightly used car. Jason website and they were nothing but kind, respectful and went over and beyond for us to walk out with great payments on a very lightly used car. Jason Washington was so professional and understanding with our big family needs as we brought our newborn and two other kids under three years old with us. He even entertained our kids when he could and brought plenty of things to preoccupy their time (coloring books and a tablet to watch bluey on). He was very personable and very well spoken. If you’re looking for a great salesman who is not pushy but speaks for your needs with the finance team, definitely recommend him! Thank you Kia of Streetsboro team! Lied directly to our faces. Con artists. Beware. Will try to hide fake costs over and above asking and not itemize. More
BUYER BEWARE! I am flabbergasted at the lack of accountability and fair business practice I experienced at Kia of Streetsboro. After paying nearly $30K for a brand I am flabbergasted at the lack of accountability and fair business practice I experienced at Kia of Streetsboro. After paying nearly $30K for a brand new 2024 Kia Sportage, I reached out to the dealership because the rear car mats clearly did not fit. I was happy to wait as they reordered new mats. When I went to pick up the new mats, they still did not fit, as witnessed by two of their parts department workers. I was told there are no mats that will fit the back of my Sportage correctly unless I go somewhere else and purchase after market mats. At this time I was still understanding, assuming I would be refunded the $175 I paid as a dealer add on to receive the car mats upon purchasing the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when, after speaking with several people at the dealership, including a manager, that they will not provide a refund. The manager, Gus, even went so far as to say he KNEW about the issue as he has the same car and the only resolution is to buy after market mats. So essentially, I paid $175 for car mats (separate add on line item) that were KNOWN to NOT FIT and I am not entitled to a refund? This type of shady business practice is unethical, unfair and most definitely the poorest display of customer service I have ever experienced. (The only bright spot in my experience was our floor salesman, Cleo. He was amazing throughout the entire car buying process and he tried hard to obtain the fair and appropriate outcome for this issue but sadly to no avail.) More
