I would drive from Cleveland to Streetsboro to deal with them and they were always my first stop. Not anymore. Went in to look at a car, and they were dishonest and tried all the old dealer tricks on us. Stuff like insisting on focusing on the monthly payment and refusing to even tell us what the actual price of the car was. Adding hidden fees and warranties during the deal, etc. Once we insisted on hearing the actual numbers, they got rude. Especially the finance manager. What is so hard about being fair and honest? We walked in ready to buy a car and walked out never wanting to go back. It's a shame that such a great dealership is being ruined by Collection Auto Group. More

Outstanding Customer Service I took my car to the service department at Classic Kia to have them check out a noise that was coming from the engine. At first they thought it was a worn out pulley so they replaced it within a couple of minutes. After they started up the car it was still making a weird noise so they decided to keep the car over night to find out exactly where the noise was coming from and why. They did not want me to take the car home and have something major go wrong while driving. It was near closing time so the service staff offered me a loaner car so I would not be without a vehicle. The next day I received a call from the dealership informing me that they had found the source of the noise, a defected a/c compressor. They went ahead and replaced it, all covered under warranty. They went above and beyond helping to get my car fixed and explained to me in detail what the exact repair was. They greeted me by name when I entered the dealership and wished me well when I left. The dealership is always clean, the service department is well run, and they always offer a loaner car if the repair is going to be longer then an hour or two. I use to have anxiety whenever I needed my car fixed, not knowing what to expect and worried about the cost. At Classic Kia in Streetsboro I feel at ease, knowing my car is being repaired correctly and usually under warranty. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reasonable car repair shop with excellent customer service. More

I was in the market for a new car. It was a toss up between and Kia or a Hyundi. Had visited a Kia dealer in another town and was not pleased with the process. Went to the Streetsboro Kia dealership and was greeted by Greg. He was very honest and sincere. He actually found a car with everything that I wanted at another dealership in Cincinnatti. My wife and I visited Classic Kia on 5/28 to see what their used and new car inventory was. We had just started to looking at 4WD SUVs and Classic Kia was the first place we visited. While walking thru their used and new car inventory was. We had just started to looking at 4WD SUVs and Classic Kia was the first place we visited. While walking thru the used car lot, we met Ken Jin, one of Classic's Sales Reps. Ken was very knowledgeable on the products that were available. We test drove a used 2011 Sorento (repo) and while the price was attractive, I did not care for the interior (tan cloth). We proceeded to look at new Sorentos and test drove one. I told Ken that we were interested but wanted to look around at other dealers and other makes. Over the holiday weekend we visited Subaru, Hyundai, and Honda dealers where we test drove an assortment of vehicles. We continued to research vehicles for quality and value. Ken called me on Tuesday and wanted me to come back in because he had some good deals for me as it was the end of the month. We visited other dealers on Tuesday evening and decided to go back to Classic to see what deals they would offer. We met with Ken and we looked over the inventory that had been considerably reduced since Saturday. We walked around and we saw a Sorento that really hit our eyes. The color and trim looked very unique. Ken informed me that we were looking at a 2012 Sorento SX AWD. I decided to see what deal we could work on this and we met with Dan DeMastry, the GM who presented us with a fair deal. After some negotiations and discussing it over amongst ourselves, we decided to go ahead and buy the Sorento. By 9:45PM we were out the door with our new, fully fueled Sorento. Ken proved to be a very knowledgeable sales rep. He knew all of the ins and outs of the vehicle and he even helped setup all of the NAV and Bluetooth functions. He provided detailed instructions on every system that the car had. You could tell that he had done his homework and read the owners manual(s) from cover to cover. The following day he had me come back in to show me more features. I don't think that I have ever had a car salesman be this dedicated. I believe that his dedication stems from the management of Classic Kia. Everyone that I dealt with seemed to have the same motivation and desire. I would definitely recommend Classic Kia to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle. More
