2nd Kia purchase I purchased a Kia Sorento 4 yrs ago from the Kia dealership in Streetsboro and decided to purchase another new one because I have been very satisfied I purchased a Kia Sorento 4 yrs ago from the Kia dealership in Streetsboro and decided to purchase another new one because I have been very satisfied with the Sorento. Tamara was our sales rep both times and we wouldn't want anyone else. She was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful with both sales. Our car buying experience went very smooth starting with Tamara all the way to the finance mgr, Ron. Look forward to doing business here in the future. Thank you so much. More
Very helpful and satisfied Went to Kia regarding some noise while accelerating. Found out that the issue had to do with a recall part. service rep (forget his name, but fellow with a beard), also indicated I was in need of new tires (which i was, they had a buy 3 get 1 free)’ and would make sense to have an alignment. Had the work done the following week. Upon completion of work, I expressed surprise at some,of the charges associated with the work.. Thankfully the rep made a very reasonable adjustment indicating the importance of having and retaining satisfied customers. I was very appreciative. More

Great Service Personnel I have owned a 2010 Kia Forte EX since late 2009 and have had all my maintenance done at this dealership. After my car recently reached 61,000 miles I have owned a 2010 Kia Forte EX since late 2009 and have had all my maintenance done at this dealership. After my car recently reached 61,000 miles in late October 2018, a few upkeep services were recommended and I had another great service experience. Service Advisors, Tom Ritari and Kendra Griffin were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate this dealership having staff that relate well to their customers! More

My son also bought a vehicle that day from Bryan which made everyone stay well beyond closing. We were treated with the friendly smiles and the utmost respect. My son and I are very happy with our new (to us) vehicles and will and have recommended Kia of Streetsboro to others. More
Car is good but buying experience stressful I want to give 1 star but the sales person was at least knowledgeable about the car and explained to us about the warranty. and I said "Yes" if I woul I want to give 1 star but the sales person was at least knowledgeable about the car and explained to us about the warranty. and I said "Yes" if I would recommend the dealership only if you are buying a lower price car brand. My husband, my son and myself have all owned Kias of different models and years. We like all of them. I like the one I just purchased yesterday, Oct. 28, 2018 - Kia Rio S 2018. The reason I gave 2 stars was because I felt pressured into buying it after test driving it the day before the purchase. The salesman was helpful and accommodating at first, but when I said I want to test drive other cars, I felt being "pushed" to buy it right there. It was a Saturday afternoon and we did not bring any money or our checkbook with us since our intent that day was to look at cars. Plus, banks were already closed if we want to put down our deposit. I wish salespeople would "put their feet into buyer's shoes." Not all people who are shopping for cars have lots of money to just say "I want that car, I'm buying it, here's the money." Most of us regular working people buy car out of necessity so, buying a car and making payments is a lot to think about. I already had a stressful week since my old car hit a deer, then a few days later, it died on me. I wanted my husband and I to go home and think about budgeting the payments. When I said "I want to have options and I don't want to be pressured" into buying it that day (Saturday, Oct. 27), the salesman got more insistent and started saying negative things about another car brand. I understand he wants to make the sale - that's his job. But it would have been a better car buying experience if he had the understanding and empathy. In my personal opinion, I think salespeople should be trained to be more "empathetic" rather than "aggressive." Or more understanding of the situation. We wanted to go back today, Oct. 29 (Monday) so we could go to the bank to get the money intended for the down payment. But because of the pressure put on us, we made the appointment to go back Sunday, the 28th after I was done with my workshop. We let the salesperson know we will be there between 3:30 - 4pm. On our way there, he called if we were coming. We were just a minute away. We decided to use our credit card for down payment. Unfortunately, the maximum amount the dealership would accept was $3,000.00 and we did not know that. Yesterday's experience was more stressful than the day I hit the deer. So even though I like my car, the buying experience was a lot of stress. More
