Another great experience I've been taking my Kia Sedona to Kia of Streetsboro for service since 2014 and have always had positive experiences. The staff is knowledgeable, for I've been taking my Kia Sedona to Kia of Streetsboro for service since 2014 and have always had positive experiences. The staff is knowledgeable, forthcoming, and efficient. I'm always taken care of immediately upon arrival, given a time estimate and offered a ride home if needed. While my vehicle is being serviced; I'm kept in the loop about what's happening, informed of any complications and offered choices. When I decide not to have additional services preformed, my decision is accepted with out any pressure. The lobby where customers are invited to wait is clean, comfortable and has a TV and refreshments. I've never had problems with the actual service provided and have never had any repeat vehicle problems. Most of the time they wash my vehicle after service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service their Kia vehicles. More

Great service dept. I called the service dept because picked up a nail in my tire..they told me to come right in. Oil change, tire rotation I could not be happier with Streetsboro Kia. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Efficient service I was quoted it would take an hour to an hour and fift I could not be happier with Streetsboro Kia. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Efficient service I was quoted it would take an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes for my oil change and tire rotation , only was 45 minutes, and they washed my car for NO CHARGE. My first two oil changes and rotations are no charge, can't beat that! I highly recommend Streetboro Kia for everything from sales to service! More
