Oil change, tire rotation I could not be happier with Streetsboro Kia. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Efficient service I was quoted it would take an hour to an hour and fift I could not be happier with Streetsboro Kia. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Efficient service I was quoted it would take an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes for my oil change and tire rotation , only was 45 minutes, and they washed my car for NO CHARGE. My first two oil changes and rotations are no charge, can't beat that! I highly recommend Streetboro Kia for everything from sales to service! More

Treated poorly This is my second time trying this dealership. The first time I went in to look into buying a car. When the salesman found out that my credit wasn't the best he was done with me. He treated me like crap. Like I was wasting his time. Ok lets give the service department a chance. That was also a mistake. When I called I got the best person to talk to and was very helpful. Than when I get there again felt this I was interrupting their day. I had them checking a problem with my vehicle. They did their check and advised me what I needed done and what the price was. I felt this was too much money and asked them to put my vehicle back together. I was treated so bad after that point.. I did take it to another Kia service department and advised of needing the same thing replaced for over $250.00 cheaper More
