Got Lucky and Met Thomas Ritari at Streetsboro Kia I was passing through Kent, Ohio, when I ran into major engine problems in my 2016 Sorento. I limped into Streetsboro Kia where I met the counter-guy, I was passing through Kent, Ohio, when I ran into major engine problems in my 2016 Sorento. I limped into Streetsboro Kia where I met the counter-guy, Thomas Ritari. He was great. Despite being late on a Sunday, he worked hard to get me a loaner car, that I drove for the next two weeks. The repair of my Sorento required bringing in major parts from far away. He worked with the local and remote Kia management chain to make things as smooth as possible for me. He kept me informed of the progress on the repair of my car. The repair was completely successful, and, because of Thomas Ritari, surprisingly economical. He really knows his stuff. More

All of my car maintenance is kept up-to-date at this Streetsboro location. Andrea took excellent care of me at the service counter and explained the extra needed maintenance when I came in on July 9th for an oil change. As the front-end alignment would require an extra hour or so wait time, she checked the schedule and was able to get me in the next day July 10th.
