She, a I worked with Pam at Kia of Streetsboro and I have to say, she was the most professional, friendly and upbeat person I have met in a long time! She, along with the rest of the staff that helped us out were incredibly knowledgeable about the deal we were getting, and walked us through the process. They stayed true to their word on honoring a deal that we had found online and when they say no hassle and no hidden fees - they truly mean it! I never felt pressured or bullied at any point in working with the staff, and they were happy to take the extra time to answer the many questions we had. They also managed to give me a lot more than I had expected for my (very crappy) trade in! I left feeling impressed instead of drained, and even following up with them after the fact they were helpful and friendly. I would absolutely go back and work with them in the future, and I would definitely recommend anyone else interested in a Kia do the same! More
