SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR A CAR, THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND DISHONEST !!!! Been trying to get a car warranty cancelled for weeks now. Called in several times finally spoke with someone RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND DISHONEST !!!! Been trying to get a car warranty cancelled for weeks now. Called in several times finally spoke with someone in finance(Edwin) before rudely he hung up on me he emailed over the incorrect documents. Stated the dealership is under new ownership and they no longer have any my information on the warranty company my car is under. I found the correct information MYSELF, got the warranty cancelled. It’s been weeks called Warranty Solutions they stated they sent Kia of Streetsboro weeks ago. I have emailed, called(left voicemails) reached out on social media, reached out on the website to see when will Kia of Streetsboro send the check to the lien holder of my car or what is going on?? Nothing!!! NO RESPONSE!!! It has been TWO weeks straight I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone in FINANCE and NOTHING!! Finally, drove 50 minutes spoke with Brian he said he would work on it first thing Monday morning Joy handles warranties. I’ve called them Monday of course no answer or call back. Joy finally calls me days later and says she working on it and she will get back with me. As of 2-28-2021 this warranty is still not doing cancelled on their end!!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. More

I've had this vehicle for 45 days. I still do not have paperwork for me to buy a license plate. I've called the dealer multiple times in the last few weeks expressing my concerns. Now I have a vehicle tha paperwork for me to buy a license plate. I've called the dealer multiple times in the last few weeks expressing my concerns. Now I have a vehicle that I cannot drive because of their incompetence. Yet they had no problem taking my money. And I've made a payment on this vehicle that I cannot even use. They now say they will UPS the paperwork. UPS has not yet received any package from them. The soonest I'll be able to use this vehicle is sometime next week. Also if you buy a vehicle here, you better look very very closely at every line item on that contract. I found thousands of dollars of items I did not wish to purchase added on. The says those items have been removed. I have no way to verify that at this time. The vehicle itself is fine. My sales person was fine, his name is Keishawn. He was great. More
Will definitely not be back! I wanted to test drive a Kia Telluride SX, and was ready to buy. We had gone to a different Kia dealership in Akron, had a bad experience there (was told they had the vehicle I w Telluride SX, and was ready to buy. We had gone to a different Kia dealership in Akron, had a bad experience there (was told they had the vehicle I wanted, got there, and they had none). So I checked out this dealership’s website, which said they didn’t have any SXs, but I called to ask- Spoke to a girl named Taylor, who said they had just gotten 6 SXs in today. I asked at least 3 times to verify that they were SXs, and that they had 6 available- she said yes to this. Taylor texted me also to verify. We drove from Akron to Streetsboro (had already driven an hour to Akron), and when we got there, we were told they had no SXs on the lot. The salesman had no idea of what I was talking about when I told him what Taylor said. Their loss- I went across the street to Hyundai and bought a new Palisade, and had a fantastic experience!! I did text Taylor back to say how unhappy I was, she said she would call her manager- never heard anything back after that. More
The experiance of the purchase was great and friendly. We leased a new Seltos and left happy. The problem came when I then had to resign all the papers because the finance manager had me do the wrong ones wh leased a new Seltos and left happy. The problem came when I then had to resign all the papers because the finance manager had me do the wrong ones while there. We an hour away, so they DID send them to me to complete and send back. Next issue and I am still working not it, we have never gotten the plates for the vehicle and the tag expires today. I have called and left messages for the finance manager and the sales manager. Also the general mailbox for the finance department. I also sent emails. This has been going on for a while and now we are down a vehicle and out of time. Still no response from anyone at the dealership. Very angry and will not do business with them ever again he this lease is up. More
Driving an hour to purchase my new car from Kia of Streetsboro turned out to be a wonderful experience!! Trey was VERY attentive and accommodating.
