Absolutely disgusting used Sales department and management. This company does NOT want to sell to out-of-state clients. You are required to use their financing. Period. They blame it on title management. This company does NOT want to sell to out-of-state clients. You are required to use their financing. Period. They blame it on title work when in reality, their computer system makes it difficult and time consuming. They accused me of attempting to forge official documentation. This entire conversation was nothing but classic guerilla tactics to get in-house financing. Absolutely disgusting. More

The worst car buying experience ever…. We were lied to multiple times and treated very rudely by John the “manager”. I emailed Kia corporate about the bad experience and they seemed to care but never full multiple times and treated very rudely by John the “manager”. I emailed Kia corporate about the bad experience and they seemed to care but never fully resolved any issues … we paid cash for the car 42 days ago and are still waiting for a title so we can get plates since the tags they gave us expire in 3 days….looks like another 2 hour wasted trip to this joke of a dealership… seriously buy your car anywhere else and I guarantee you’ll have a better experience than at Kia of Streetsboro! Me and my Aunt were there on Saturday and we both walked out with brand new 2021 Kias. From the moment we walked in the doors we were greeted like we were celebrities!! Jason was our sales representative w out with brand new 2021 Kias. From the moment we walked in the doors we were greeted like we were celebrities!! Jason was our sales representative who helped us find our perfect new cars, Steve was a manager who broke down the payment options that we could afford, and JT was the one who did all the final signing. This is the first time having a BRAND new car and the experience was beyond perfect. They worked with me on my credit score and income and I was still able to get a car all by myself. I’m forever grateful for my family and for the employees at Kia of Streetsboro for making it such an exciting day for me and my aunt. More
