Me and my Aunt were there on Saturday and we both walked out with brand new 2021 Kias. From the moment we walked in the doors we were greeted like we were celebrities!! Jason was our sales representative w out with brand new 2021 Kias. From the moment we walked in the doors we were greeted like we were celebrities!! Jason was our sales representative who helped us find our perfect new cars, Steve was a manager who broke down the payment options that we could afford, and JT was the one who did all the final signing. This is the first time having a BRAND new car and the experience was beyond perfect. They worked with me on my credit score and income and I was still able to get a car all by myself. I’m forever grateful for my family and for the employees at Kia of Streetsboro for making it such an exciting day for me and my aunt. More

Their total price $25,186(out of the door). I gave $25,000 flat with the intention of buying the vehicle. rep hands the phone to JOHN REBAN, this guy was as rude as they come. He started talking down to me as if I offended him by asking to pay ONLY 99.99% of their total price. That made me wonder if I low balled him so bad ($186 deference), how Rude of me JOHN. he went on to compare buying a $25186 vehicle to buying a slice of bread from Walmart in term of negotiation (I swear, I cant make this staff up) . well John, I thought that was one of the stupidest comparison I had ever heard. He came at me as if I was fighting with him (not as a client that deserve to be treated as such). He also didn't even give me the chance to talk before he handed the phone back to the sales rep, who was confused by the whole encounter between me and Mr REBAN. This was so embarrassing to him and to KIA of Streetsboro that he apologized and couldn't even ask if I wanted to proceed with the transaction; Mind you, all that was about $186 ( the documentation fees were around $300). John lost the original poor sales rep and KIA of Streetsboro the chance to sale a car. Hey John, Customers are allowed to negotiate, especially fees and documentation, Just FYI. Customer service of the year. More
Terrible service. Left four messages asking where my license plates were and they never called back. I never even got to talk to a human. Horrible experience horrible. Purchased a car last year and still do not have a title. They had a thousands of dollars of add-ons there were added in to the contract. My fault for not taking a lawyer with and still do not have a title. They had a thousands of dollars of add-ons there were added in to the contract. My fault for not taking a lawyer with me when I bought from these people. Promise to correct the problem; corrected half and that was all. I live out of state and have been using their temporary tag since last year. This is very inconvenient. When I call and tell them about my issue it becomes a laughable matter to these people. I'm into this vehicle for thousands of dollars and cannot even prove it's mine. NO TITLE More
