I absolutely LOVE my cherokee but the fact that 48 hours later after purchasing it I came home & put it on the rack to see that the rear differential was CRACKED & LEAKING so I text them & ask them what can later after purchasing it I came home & put it on the rack to see that the rear differential was CRACKED & LEAKING so I text them & ask them what can we do to fix it they proceed to tell me they won’t fix it! Unless I pay for it! Warranty or not that should’ve been fixed! I do NOT recommend buying from here at least used vehicles cause he said their inspectors said “everything looked great on their end, didn’t notice anything?” I’m sorry it’s common sense and I’m not even an inspector and noticed it!!! very noticeable! Good luck to anyone that purchases there! More

Upon getting an oil change at Kia of Streetsboro, I was left waiting for over an hour as my car sat out front. It took another 20-30 mins to be called to check out. I was almost there for two hours waiting left waiting for over an hour as my car sat out front. It took another 20-30 mins to be called to check out. On top of the long wait, my steering wheel was left with residue from the workers and my oil life was not reset. I feel resetting the oil life is a very basic thing when getting a oil change so it's disappointing a dealership would not be considerate of this. More
