Everyone here was really kind and straight forward about the maintenance needed on my vehicle. I've been to other dealers and sat for hours, I was checked on constantly and service was fast. I have been servicing my Kia sorento here for almost 4 years since I moved from Tyler, TX. I was utterly disappointed this time. After almost 6 weeks of my car being there getting serviced on 3 recalls, a years since I moved from Tyler, TX. I was utterly disappointed this time. After almost 6 weeks of my car being there getting serviced on 3 recalls, alignment and changing out brake lights , my toe hitched was stolen. I tried contact every one in the service dept and wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone until 2 days later. Finally service manager- apologized and said for us to buy one and he would reimburse us. More
I bought the vehicle from the dealership and they charged me at the time of purchase for Nitrogen in the tires. Sales rep said that I can get it topped up whenever I want for lifetime of vehicle. When I took me at the time of purchase for Nitrogen in the tires. Sales rep said that I can get it topped up whenever I want for lifetime of vehicle. When I took the car for service I was told that the dealership does not provide Nitrogen top ups. Also, I had issues with wireless charger in the car, they want me to leave the car for days just to check that. Days, not hours. I only have 1 car what am I supposed to do for days without one. The charger is supposed to be under warranty since it’s only been 6 months since I got the car. Overall a negative experience for basic service. Also I feel cheated with the whole nitrogen scam. More
I have never experienced anything close to the outrageous service at this dealership. My car has been in for diagnosis/repair for going on 5 months. I have complained repeatedly, also to KiaUSA customer serv service at this dealership. My car has been in for diagnosis/repair for going on 5 months. I have complained repeatedly, also to KiaUSA customer service, Insurance and warranty have both paid for repairs, but I don't know why car has not been repaired and returned. To add insult to injury, they largely ignore my predicament or queries as to what's going on. They do not bother with any kind of status report. It completely baffles me. As far as I'm concerned, this is malpractice by the Kia and the service department. More
It took five weeks to get my car fixed. Communication was inaccurate, and they actually sent me the estimate for a different car. I will go elsewhere next time. Communication was inaccurate, and they actually sent me the estimate for a different car. I will go elsewhere next time. More

Al, my service advisor promised he would call me with updates, which he did not do. It was very hard to get ahold of him and when I left messages, I was not called back. Finally, my car was ready and before I could get there to pick it up, an employee crashed into into my car! This is most likely because the parking lot and service center is a chaotic mess. They lied to me and told me it was a customer that hit my car, and that they would be fixing it. I found out the next day that it was an employee who hit my car, and Al admitted he lied to protect the employee. In reality, they were waiting on the estimate of the repair costs for the employee to decide if he wanted to pay for it out of pocket or file with his insurance. This is information that I should have been told immediately! They did not fix my car, and now I’m stuck with dealing with the employee’s insurance company to get it fixed. I spoke with an assistant manager, Joseph, who did not apologize for the situation and continued to lie to me about who hit my car. I requested a call from the main manager, Jeremy, but he was conveniently off work for 2 days in the middle of the week and never followed up. The communication here is terrible, they do not care about their customers, and they have a culture that supports lying to customers! Avoid this place at all costs. More
