However, the customer service was wonderful...very polite,...very attentive. I encountered a problem once I returned home. I called the service department who scheduled me for an early appointment. When the mechanics discovered that there was another need but the part was not available, I was given a loaner. Again, I was treated with respect and care. I could have my oil changed at a Jiffy Lube, but I like the courtesy I received here. More

From initial contact to maintenance and service, we have never experienced the high level of personalized customer service with any other dealer, and I’ve dealt with many. My most recent experience with the service dept only cemented my decision to be a lifetime customer of Kia of South Austin, especially if I continue to work with Walter Robinson.
