One other thing, Kalani: More than once during my Niro's 5-day stay there, I asked to speak with the general manager, & the operator wouldn't put me through to you, in fact acting like there WAS no general manager. Perhaps if I had been able to reach you then, you could have done something about it. It's useless to try to fix something after the fact. More than once I was on hold for at least a half-hour before I could speak with ANYone there, even just the operator. When I left voicemail for Antonio or anyone in the service dept., they never called back. I've never encountered anything like that when trying to do business not just with an auto service dept., but with ANY business of any kind.

We were actually in shock when we were offered $500 on a trade in for a truck that is worth thousands of dollars. When we did leave and the plug wire was taken off, what would have happened if we were in an accident? And if we had the truck inspected and saw the wire just hanging there. If the police asked who was the last person that looked at the truck, we would have said, Kia of South Austin, because whoever looked at the truck would have been responsible. We just can't believe how a dealership could sabotage a trade in vehicle to give the customer a lower trade in value.
