Do not go here for service. I purchased a 2016 Sorrento in Jan. 2017. Never had a problem with it but never took it in for service. Well in March 2022 I purchased my 2nd one. Af I purchased a 2016 Sorrento in Jan. 2017. Never had a problem with it but never took it in for service. Well in March 2022 I purchased my 2nd one. After having it for 9 months it overheated & shut down on freeway. Had it towed to Kia Southwest. They said the radiator had something hit it & put a hole on it & it was not covered under my warranty. I called insurance & they looked at it & sent an estimate. Kia refused to honor it. I cost me around $1700. To get it fixed. It was there for a month. This past Dec 9th I took it in as the auto stop/stop would not go off. It kept pulling my speed down & I couldn’t drive over 40 mph. They had no idea what was wrong with it. They replaced an injector , all 4 spark plugs (did not authorize & was charged $200), 2 high pressure fuel pumps, oil change with air cleaner (tried to tell me it was 2 quarts over filled but knew it wasn’t as it was checked day before I took it in by a mechanic) said needed front end alignment (which I authorized but it is pulling so bad now) but had to pay for that. Final thing was a new electrical harness My car was there for exactly 3 months with only 3 phone calls from them. I made over 40 calls to them, went in 3 times. No one would return my calls. I even contacted corporate but felt like they could careless & not anymore helpful than dealership. I finally picked up my vehicle today. 1st they tried to charge me $650. Ended up paying over $415.00. When I got in my car to leave my windshield was broken. They acted like I did it but it was not broken 3 months ago when I took it in. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. They don’t give you a loner vehicle. I had to drive a big pickup. I had knee replacement in August (which is now messed up). I had to pull myself up in it & slide down very slowly I am getting rid oft this car ASAP. I am so upset as I loved my Sorrento’s but can’t go through this again & I feel like this is not the end of problems. I would have given them zero stars if I could have More
