Thank you for your feedback about this. Unfortunately the techs cannot predict the future of a transmission. With that being said, we provided you with a free warranty for 4 months when you purchased the Jeep As/Is and you also decided to purchase an additional extended warranty. The transmission did in fact go bad and we towed it to our dealership from another shop to fix it. Please contact me if you have any questions.
