I have left message after message and nobody has returned my call. I had my car serviced at this location and expressed my concerns over an oil leak and a radiator leak-- car brough in for a recall also-- a my call. I had my car serviced at this location and expressed my concerns over an oil leak and a radiator leak-- car brough in for a recall also-- after receiving a call for estimate on car- $2300.00-- i was advised of an oil leak and it was fixed, and rest of car passed inspections-- I asked about radiator leak and was told it was ok- passed inspection. Took car home and vehicle is leaking radiator fluid and looked over invoice and vehicle was 2000 for labor and 300 for parts. I called back to check for why radiator was not fixed with 2000 worth of labor--I have been hung up on- transferred to voicemail-- and promised to get someone to call me back "before closing" and has not happened-- I would like a call back and would like my like my leak fixed as originally promised-- customer service is not one of there priorities after they get their money-- I asked for police or teacher discount and service advisor said "we can take off about 100 " but upon paying - no such discount-- service texted me car was ready and said to pay it over phone and pick up next day since I could not pick up car when they called-- they texted at 5 and they close at 6-- not very professional-- More
We've purchased 3 automobiles from Kia of South Austin. We've returned to them because they are knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and always willing to answer our questions. From the receptionist, sales representative, to the finance representative - ALL were helpful and friendly. We've not purchase a Certified Preowned Vehicle from them before (had always bought new). But, they had the Make, Model and 2023 auto we were looking for - with very low milege & in pristine condition. Paul Guerra (Product Specialist) and Andreii Yurko (Finance Manager) both earned Five Stars. We know we can trust Kia of South Austin! More
Made a appointment for an oil change. When I got here I was informed it would take about 3 hours. I was told that it’s really first come, first serve so why do they make appointments? Hector was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process with repairing my vehicle. For someone like myself who doesn’t know much cars, he was very clear and thorough in explaining what was wrong. Horrendous from the get go when I leased through them. Poor dealer prep, problems with the paperwork. Shortly after I leased the vehicle I notice a few hail dimples in the roof. Horrible service dept. Car has been there since 3/8 for an engine replacement. All they do is give you the run around. I've spent thousands on rentals & drained my savings waiting on this repair. Every week it's something new. Advisor told me car would be ready today (I have a vm & texts messages as proof). I just called & was told the advisor's off, the tech's off, work's not done & I now need more repairs... one being a battery. Why wasn't I told this on Thursday, when the advisor called? 🤬 I absolutely HATE this dealership! My cars been sitting idle on their lot for a month... of course the battery is gonna die. It's their responsibility to keep the battery charged, if it's been there for over a mth. The battery is less than a year old, I know... because I purchased it and put it in myself. 😡 Now, I have to pay for their mistakes. I've already reported them to Kia Corporate, per the GM's recommendations and I will be calling them again on Monday. I will also report this dealership to every outlet that I can. I'm livid & will NEVER, ever bring my car back there. More

When everything was ready, they sent me months ago In Kia of South Austin I was discriminated and deceived. I decided to buy a 2021 kia sorrento. When everything was ready, they sent me to their financial advisor to verify the credit and sign it. But, when I saw the interest rate it was 11.5%, the highest rate that I have been offered for a vehicle loan. I asked the financier why he gave me that high rate if the credit score is good -700- and my anual income is more than 60,000 a year and I do not have any bad report. He replied that the high rate was because you I'm an Uberdriver and that Kia finance does not like to lend to Uber Drivers. I decided to cancel the business and ask for my car back. It was received as a trade. After this big problem Esteban Alanis who introduced himself as sales manager and the salesman Leo Dawson came to apologize for what happened and ask me to give them the opportunity to get a better rate. They asked me to take the kia home to test it and daid they would call me when everything was ready. I told them yes , but that I would only accept a 4% rate, otherwise they would give me my car back and there would be no business. Esteban the Sales Manager called me two days later and said that everything was ready for me to come and sign the loan and keep the car. I asked him if he got 4% and he said no but I got him 4.25%. I said ok but still I am not going to buy the red 2021 kia sorrento because it does not have the safety technology that I had in my nissan rouge and that I'd the important to me, so I asked for my car returned. When I went to return the kia sorrento. I checked on the internet on the consesinary's website and they had a kia with everything I needed and asked why they didn't give me that, and the manager again discriminated against me, saying that car is not for uber drivers, I told him again are you discriminated me? He got scared and told me he was going to talk to the general manager. Then he returns 20 minutes later and he told me everything is ok and ready. The new kia sorrento s cristal beach is yours, I got you 4.25%. He send me the financier to sign the credit and said everything is ready for you. Tje financial guy gave me a summary and said your monthly payment is $ 750 with a rate of 4.25%. The monthly payment is higher because the car is worth more. He gave a close anvelope with my paperwork copies.I accepted and I sing over the tablet screen of the desk computer. I trusting everyone and signed and bought car. Even so, the monthly payment seemed high to me and one day I received a letter from my bank saying that they had made an offer but the dealer did not take it and show me the deal. I went to kia to make a complain but the Financier told me that he had deleted all the offers that he rrcived for my aplication. He said he did not showme the offer from my bank because it was surely higher. Two days ago I got a good refinancing offer from a bank with 2.4% for my good credit. For the first time I checked the sealed envelope with the copies of my credit papers that the dealer gave me and I discovered that they cheated me and gave me a rate of 6.25. More
