This past weekend, I bought a used Dealer Certified 2023 Kia Sorento I found online from KOSA. Our sales rep., Jose Urrutia, who’d only been with the dealership for 6 weeks, did an excellent job; answering Kia Sorento I found online from KOSA. The finance group was outstanding as well with all of the same issues. The entire experience was great, easy and painless! If only the entire industry could figure out how to do this in less than 3 hours…. Oh well, I guess we can’t get everything - but thrilled nonetheless with this experience. Nice job Jose. I have taken my car in for service since 2016 when I purchased my vehicle. I have never had any issues but this visit felt deceptive and heavy on the upselling of services. So they did half the job for half the cost? More

I can't comment on the rest of the dealership, but the service department diagnosed and repaired my recent problem quickly. My "home" dealership's service department had 3 shots at it but couldn't even di service department diagnosed and repaired my recent problem quickly. My service manager at Kia South Austin, Salvador Ortega, was very personable, knowledgeable and actively listened to my description of the problem so the technician could get to the diagnosis quickly. If they weren't so far from my home (in SanAntonio), I'd definitely use them all the time! More
