I can't comment on the rest of the dealership, but the service department diagnosed and repaired my recent problem quickly. My service manager at Kia South Austin, Salvador Ortega, was very personable, knowledgeable and actively listened to my description of the problem so the technician could get to the diagnosis quickly. If they weren't so far from my home (in SanAntonio), I'd definitely use them all the time! More
They are super polite and readily available to help me with any questions or issues I've had about my car. Jonathan was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He advised about what my car needed but was not pushy. He offered me an Uber ride and my car got a wash. Everything was great! Wow - super poor customer communication. Lack of follow-up with customers. Like working in a time warp. No return calls, emails, texts, very slow and bad. No return calls, constantly on hold for 30 minutes at a to E, very frustrating. Tried to pay my bill and that took at least 7 calls to service and 7 days. Unreal. My family is not use to this type service, nowhere to even park when bringing car in for appointment service. You should consider more land, a break and or waiting room, friendly staff, customer appreciation, staff that helps callers and walkins and even folks with an appointment. Unreal. More
