Wow - super poor customer communication. Lack of follow-up with customers. Like working in a time warp. No return calls, emails, texts, very slow and bad. No return calls, constantly on hold for 30 minutes at a to E, very frustrating. Tried to pay my bill and that took at least 7 calls to service and 7 days. Unreal. My family is not use to this type service, nowhere to even park when bringing car in for appointment service. You should consider more land, a break and or waiting room, friendly staff, customer appreciation, staff that helps callers and walkins and even folks with an appointment. Unreal. More
