I’m not happy. Kia, I hope y’all see this. My Kia is a 2021 and only has just under 33k mile on it. I bought it 6 months ago. It was towed almost a week ago due to Kia, I hope y’all see this. I contacted your service department to give them a heads up only to be told my vehicle wouldn’t even have a diagnostic test run for at least 4 weeks. I asked if y’all had a loaner or assist with a rental and was told no. I was told to call Kia customer Care and I could be reimbursed for a rental. Guess what Kia, I called and have a case number now. I can attempt to rent a car but here’s the problem, I have no actual date of when my car could be fixed and therefore I will be out of pocket for a month or more on a rental car because they won’t reimburse me until my car is done and I submit the receipts to y’all at pick up! This is absolutely disheartening and not acceptable. I work a full time job and have no means to get to and from work unless I have spare cash laying around to rent a car. Forget that I have a mortgage and a family to support, let me just pull out $45.00 a day to rent a car for an unknown fix date! You all sell hundreds of cars a year and you can’t afford to help your customers with a loaner or rental! That’s awful! I’ve owned pretty much every make of car and I have never had this kind of problem. Your dealerships issue with your “service warranty tech” being backed up 4weeks is a HUGE problem because you are now effecting people’s lives personally and financially. People are going into debt and losing their jobs because of this issue. And on another note, you might want to have your service employees trained better on customer services. No one from the service department called me to even let me know my car had arrived. I had to call 2 hrs later just to make sure my car had arrived to your dealership. I’m not pleased and y’all need to make this right to your customers. More
Do not purchase a vehicle from KIA if you need any type of service they will keep your car for over a month this has happened 2 times already in the past 6 months and when we call they don't return your ca of service they will keep your car for over a month this has happened 2 times already in the past 6 months and when we call they don't return your call either. This last time I left it there approximately 30 days and my car never got seen at all and when we got there to pick up it also had a screw in my tire was flat and the car would not start cause it sat so long without getting looked at but according to sales person they had just drove our car up explain that they have no kind of courtesy to call and let us know what was going on. We need our car to work and they make you leave it or they won't even look at it. These are the Kia experts you will have work on your vehicle when you buy at KIA. Warning do not buy I just took my car in cause the emissions light was turning on and wanted to get it fixed before the problem got worse but nothing. If management even cares enough to call us to find out why they dropped the ball but they did not even come around at all. We are the Macias family and we picked our car up on 5-19-2023. Never again and we have bought 4 kia's but no more enough is enough. Worst customer service I ever got. NO WORK WAS DONE OVER DAYS LEFT AT KIA. I only gave you 1 star cause I could not submit without marking a star to rate.Plus way too many recalls and your insurance goes up or they don't want to insure you. More

Do NOT come to this Kia Dealership. DISTASTEFUL AMBASSADORS. Extremely poor customer service. My fiancé and I put a deposit on a 2023 Hybrid Sportage that was in transit and we were told it would be 3 weeks un Extremely poor customer service. My fiancé and I put a deposit on a 2023 Hybrid Sportage that was in transit and we were told it would be 3 weeks until it arrived with no indication that it could be much later than this date. Our salesman, Anthony Hill, only stated that it could “even come in before that date”. Approaching the date, we contacted Mr. Hill regarding the car’s whereabouts and were informed that the date had been pushed another 2 weeks. This repeated 3 more times, each of which we were never contacted to be informed that it had yet again been pushed further out. One of these conversations consisted of Mr. Hill telling me he would call me back with an update because he was about to go into a meeting, to which he never did and I had to again contact him myself. Another time, Mr. Hill informed me he was not in the office that day, but would call me the following day; again to which he never did and I had to contact him again to receive an update. We were informed by an employee that answers the phones that the dealership receives new updates on the car’s ETA’s every Monday, however no one ever called to keep us updated even after asking to be informed should the date change again. After 2 months of this chaos, we decided to request a refund. Upon our arrival on 1/2/2023, Mr. Hill directed us towards an employee whom assisted us with the transaction and was extremely off putting. He told us to follow him into the office, asked for the card, performed the refund, and handed it back saying “y’all are good to go”. He began without a greeting, didn’t introduce himself, didn’t ask us for a reason for cancelling our purchase, and there was no remorse for the lack of communication from either him or Mr. Hill. These two employees do not embody the Kia Core Values of “[promoting] a customer- driven corporate culture by providing the best quality and impeccable service with all values centered on [their] customers”. My fiancé and I had still planned on buying a Kia from a different location in the near future because we have always heard good things about their customer service and quality of their cars, however after this interaction, we will be considering other brands that treat their customers with respect. I have left message after message and nobody has returned my call. I had my car serviced at this location and expressed my concerns over an oil leak and a radiator leak-- car brough in for a recall also-- a my call. I had my car serviced at this location and expressed my concerns over an oil leak and a radiator leak-- car brough in for a recall also-- after receiving a call for estimate on car- $2300.00-- i was advised of an oil leak and it was fixed, and rest of car passed inspections-- I asked about radiator leak and was told it was ok- passed inspection. Took car home and vehicle is leaking radiator fluid and looked over invoice and vehicle was 2000 for labor and 300 for parts. I called back to check for why radiator was not fixed with 2000 worth of labor--I have been hung up on- transferred to voicemail-- and promised to get someone to call me back "before closing" and has not happened-- I would like a call back and would like my like my leak fixed as originally promised-- customer service is not one of there priorities after they get their money-- I asked for police or teacher discount and service advisor said "we can take off about 100 " but upon paying - no such discount-- service texted me car was ready and said to pay it over phone and pick up next day since I could not pick up car when they called-- they texted at 5 and they close at 6-- not very professional-- More
We've purchased 3 automobiles from Kia of South Austin. We've returned to them because they are knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and always willing to answer our questions. From the receptionist, sales representative, to the finance representative - ALL were helpful and friendly. We've not purchase a Certified Preowned Vehicle from them before (had always bought new). But, they had the Make, Model and 2023 auto we were looking for - with very low milege & in pristine condition. Paul Guerra (Product Specialist) and Andreii Yurko (Finance Manager) both earned Five Stars. We know we can trust Kia of South Austin! More
