From the time frame of an oil change that I was informed that it would take from2-3 that lasted 5hrs with no correspondence informing me of the hold up. To getting the actual inspection report 30min prior to me leaving from a 5hr wait. To let me know of the recommendations needed/required. Poor customer service acknowledgment. At the point to where of course I would need to get the accommodation/requirements taken care of another day. That could have been prevented if I was informed at an earlier time within the wait. To me being informed that I purchased brand new tires at this dealership and was guaranteed warranty on the tires if any issues arises. But today was told they were not warranted because of the way the part was order by their representative at Kia dealership. How does this on fall on the customer? If the representative at the dealership orders the tires not the customer. Make it make sense. Kia please do better! My Kia since I have purchased the vehicle has always been serviced here. So disappointing. More

I loved my Kia! !! But I was so fed up with the dealership that I sold my car and went with a different brand. And I'm not the only one. When I called to tell my frie !! But I was so fed up with the dealership that I sold my car and went with a different brand. And I'm not the only one. When I called to tell my friend I had sold my Kia she told me that she had just been on a test drive for a different make of car because she was so fed up with Kia of South Austin that she couldn't take it any more either. There are maybe 2 good service people there. The policy of the dealership is that if they can't see you for five weeks (fairly standard time frame for them) that you have to leave your vehicle with them. The five weeks starts when they take possession of your car and they do not give loaners so you have to rent a car for a minimum of 5 weeks. All this before they would even look at the vehicle for an intermittent oil light that only started coming on AFTER my oil change 4 weeks earlier. I told the guy that I was leaving with my car and that I bet I'd have a new car from someone else before that five weeks was up. Seven days later and I have a new car and I won't have to deal with them again. I hate to say that because, again, I LOVED MY CAR. More
The service was terrible. The repairs were not completed. The car came back and within 10 minutes the issues that were to be resolved came back. The repairs were not completed. The car came back and within 10 minutes the issues that were to be resolved came back. More

The service technician neglected to leave me the key for the tire locks so I couldn’t put on my spare tire when I got a flat. I had to have my car towed to South Austin just to get my tire replaced. The service guy first told me they couldn’t help me because my tires were “old”, they were purchased in 2021 and had less than 1,000 miles. I told him that wasn’t relevant so he had to go ask his supervisor. When I picked up my car he told me “now, put this key somewhere where you won’t loose it”. And the tire pressure light was on! More
Brought my Kia as my oil light came on. I approved an oil change as it was time anyway and asked them to let me know if it solves the issue. After a day of no communication, I spent 20 minu I approved an oil change as it was time anyway and asked them to let me know if it solves the issue. After a day of no communication, I spent 20 minutes on hold before being told the person overseeing my vehicle was unavailable and would call me back later. 4 hours later I called back, this time spending 33 minutes on hold, before being told my car is ready to be picked up. The advisor said they never got a message to call me back. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, the light came back on again. I immediately texted the advisor (I was told this is the best way to get through) and was ghosted. I called and was told that the best way to find out what was done and what I need to do next is just to come back in person because no one calls back and the hold time is longer than driving back to the dealership. I am now told that no tests were done on the car beyond changing the oil and if I want to bring it back, I should expect to leave the car with them 5 WEEKS for them to do a diagnostic. Leave my car with them for 5 weeks?? I get that they don't have a qualified person on staff to address the issue or that they don't have enough people working there, but a 5 week window is patently absurd. Surely, they could just call me a day in advance, or a week in advance, or xxxx, 2 weeks in advance, and I could bring it in? They have a lost a customer for life and I can't image I'll be buying another Kia ever again. More
