The Service department does a Good job but the mechanic who worked on my 2020 Telluride needs to be informed that a State Inspection needs to be done before the car battery is replaced. I had to drive my c who worked on my 2020 Telluride needs to be informed that a State Inspection needs to be done before the car battery is replaced. I had to drive my car 2 times a distance of 20 miles to clear monitors but it didn't clear all monitors. I am returning my car for the State Inspection in 3 days to see if all monitors are cleared. More

Every time I go to Kia South Austin they go above and beyond to solve the issues I am having with my vehicle. The staff is so nice, the waiting area is clean and they keep you updated on the status of yo beyond to solve the issues I am having with my vehicle. The staff is so nice, the waiting area is clean and they keep you updated on the status of your car your entire visit. I definitely will recommend anyone to Kia of South Austin. Worst service ever! Service team should just leave all of them. Customer service is worst than any place or industry I have ever seen. You just show up even with a appointment you just stand there while the boys are just talking shop eating pizza and don’t even acknowledge that your alive.. then when there dine having there binging time they act upset that they have to stand up and go look at your car. I have all the names of each one of them and really feel disrespected that they can’t even say hello. The Gm should be very embarrassed but at the same time shocked not be shocked on review I mean look at be reviews on this it’s about the same issues. I have bought 2 brand new cars and 1 used Kia and trust me it’s not because of the service. Last example while I was waiting for my stinger GT being serviced I was really interested in upgrading to the new EV6 in the show room but for a hour while looking not one person in the showroom asked me if I was interested in buying a new car, what a lose they all look like there so busy or maybe I didn’t look like I could afford a 65k car. However after a hour one guy noticed me and said the door is unlocked if you want to peek in. Wow what a sales pitch. To bad I wanted the 2023 White GT in the showroom and my wife approved me to buy it. You guys need to do better there’s a lot of choices out there. TC . More
