Yes, I can contact you. I have another incident that happened previously when I had to replace my new, defective battery. The service department was really crowded so my car was there for a couple of days. When I picked up my car I noticed a strip of chrome was missing over my rear passenger side door. I called it to the attention of the service guy so he checked the pictures he took of my car when I arrived. He wouldn’t let me see the photos but said it was missing when I arrived. It was never noted when I arrived. I would have had it replaced at that time.
