Terrible experience turned into a great experience. Anthony apologized and addressed my concerns right away. He made me a priority and found a way to turn a bad experience into a great one. My wife and 2 kids without our family vehicle was a burden on us but Anthony communicated with me same day and advised of my concerns. Replaced new axel under warranty and no expense me. Bought a 2024 Kia carnival in June , radio stop working on September 4 , got appointment on October 27, when got to my appointment they said they have to keep it for 2/3 weeks even though it is a 4 hrs.
