Poor communications, it is clear they do not have the clients best interest in mind. When I went to pick up my car after failed service then I had to ask if 2 parts were under warranty, they were which t clients best interest in mind. When I went to pick up my car after failed service then I had to ask if 2 parts were under warranty, they were which took 2 hours to install. My point is that had I not asked the question I would have left the dealer with 2 bad ignition coils. More
