Jasmine, My sincere apologies. It looks like we didn't do a very good job setting more realistic time expectations for your service visit. Our records indicate that you were in for an oil change, an update concerning a fuel tank inspection and an issue you were having with your door lock switch. We should have quoted you a promise time of around 5:30 for that amount of work. Not about an hour. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future if you need service on your Kia.
