Kia of Riverdale lied to me, still has NOT returned any of my calls nor have addressed any of the safety concerns with the car they sold me… They will say and do everything to sell you a car, and then once of my calls nor have addressed any of the safety concerns with the car they sold me… They will say and do everything to sell you a car, and then once they do, they will never answer or return any of your phone calls or concerns again. I am Still waiting for the Service manager (Jorge M Leiva, Jr) to speak to the sales manager (Mustafa Ramadan) not one attempt has been made from them to reach back to me about the safety concerns with vehicle sold to me. I purchased a vehicle that was never put through the service department and re-conditioned, as per the salesman (Sebastian Reyes) and then later the manager (Mustafa Ramadan) who confirmed. I have still been waiting for a phone call back from the service manager (Jorge M Leiva, Jr) . Who said everything was fine, although 2 other honda technicians have confirmed this vehicle is not braking properly due to the rotors being completely worn with the rear rotors even being cut. My vehicle is not safe and is not breaking properly, I am always in fear when driving my new car, especially with these rainy days, this is not fair to me! Should a customer be sold a car that was never properly looked at nor reconditioned, I was promised by multiple employees, the multiple times that I drove an hour to their service department, and always being told that the situation would be fixed and resolved but to no avail, I am restraining myself from getting the Better Business Bureau involved because this is simply inexcusable… wish i was able to post a video of the noise my car is making which i have shown them many times but they still state my car is fine …. Unacceptable More
