This place is completely unorganized. They messed up my financing to the point i had to reapply for my loan. It wasnt until i physically showed up that i was able to fix anything. Could not get timely responses to basic questions for a used vehicle purchase (quote on extended warranty, original window sticker available). Took 4 days to get a response on extended warranty (no respon used vehicle purchase (quote on extended warranty, original window sticker available). Took 4 days to get a response on extended warranty (no response on original window sticker request so I bought one myself from a 3rd party). Still made an offer on the vehicle, salesperson never took it to management. I have never encountered a car salesman who didn't want to sell me a car. More
