Since I purchased mi Kia seltos everything has been bad. After they fixed they had no appt for oil change took to another Kia where they found another issue… call them to take car and explain only one family car if car stays we need a rental they say oh no I can’t do anything about that. They’re irresponsible they have no accountability for them messing up my new car and all the issues that have followed.. horrible corporation. Cannot get rid of all the Karma they have caused me with this car ! Do NOT RECOMMEND THEM STAY AWAY! When the damage was done to my car thought I failure get new vehicle … Casey a horrible man there proceeded to ask me for money when they damaged car from beginning!!! I feel horrible of all I have to deal with this car and I was so happy to purchase it! This dealer is a joke!! They may have some people fooled but not too many!!! More

I was contacted by three, separate people from this dealership regarding my on-line inquiry. The two sales people that initially contacted me could not adequately answer my questions about the vehicle dealership regarding my on-line inquiry. I guess they aren't particularly interested in moving the vehicle that has been sitting on their lot for nearly two months. More

Attentive when you are putting your money down, but when they screw up…crickets! Last night we bought a car there. I am getting insurance taken care of, trying to figure out how to print things in their they screw up…crickets! Last night we bought a car there. They never gave me my license back. Pushed us along. When I realized today I don’t have my ID to pick up documents, we called and they immediately knew they had it. Why they wouldn’t call last night to say it’s there and we could turn around or early this morning to say it’s there and plan a way that I get it back. So my husband now gets to clock out of work to drive there to pick it up because they will not bring it here. So while they are getting your money, sure they were attentive after that, good luck! Fix your mistakes and do the right thing! More

Here is what happened. For two days I had been in contact with Rachel from Kia of Riverdale I explained to her how difficult it is for me come there to finish up this deal. After much discussion we decided on 10/07/2022 at 1:30 PM. I took time off and left my job early in order to do this. I gave her a text 15 min before my arrival to let her know that I would be there soon. When I arrived I went to the front desk and said "Hi I'm Chris Pearson" they looked at me like I had two heads and said what. I replied "I'm Chris Pearson and I'm here to see Standley". They said ok I'll get him. When he arrived I said once again "Hi Stanley (and shook his hand and clearly said) "Hi I'm Chris Pearson" he replied "What can I do for you?" I told him I'm here to buy a car he said oh follow me. I had talked with this man the two days before discussing my submitted application and my desired car . Once at his desk he asked me what kind of car are you interested in? We went over a few cars I was interested in. He then went to get one off the cars and I walked out. This was the most horrible experience I ever had with any dealer not to mention the gas I wasted traveling down there. I was very serious about purchasing the car I came with the deposit in cash. They gave me a number to contact them to resolve the problem and when I called and explained the person on the other end of the phone did know anything about it. More

They are very nice when you are there buying a car, after you buy they don't even return your calls if you have any questions.
