Charged my elderly father $19k for a used Sportage without a working engine- sat in the shop for almost 2 months- during which my father never drove the car and has since been in a hospital. He can no longer drive- so when the car was finally done, explained the situation to Kia and they offered $6K buyback. Seriously? Come to find out my father didn’t even have a valid drivers license- how could they sell to him? They also lied- saying he wasn’t approved for a nicer car due to financing- yet my father buys everything in cash, including this $19K piece of garbage they sold him. No morals exist at Kia of Riverdale- keep your distance. More

Beware. Beware. Beware. Stay away from this dealerahip. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I financed a car with this dea Beware. Beware. Stay away from this dealerahip. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I financed a car with this dealership, after several attempts by them to put extra fees in the contract we reached an agreement on the price of the vehicle. I refused to buy their warranty because I thought I was buying a vehicle in good condition and trusting in the good faith of the salesman who told me that the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition, which is a lie. On the third day of driving the vehicle, the engine light came on generating 2 defect codes in the transmission, leaving me break down in the middle of the street. The next day, after several attempts trying to contact the salesman without success. I could speak with the finance manager who told me that he wants me to buy their warranty and I refused to do it. The vehicle is still broke down and this dealership has no intention of solve the problem. Do not trust in this dealership. Stay away from them. No honest people More

I experienced a typical bait-and-switch at this dealership. After spending a couple of hours negotiating and getting ready to walk away, the salesperson, Jacob, told us the manager had dropped the dealership. After spending a couple of hours negotiating and getting ready to walk away, the salesperson, Jacob, told us the manager had dropped the price by $2,500. However, when we finally saw the numbers, they had actually added $2,500 worth of accessories we never asked for, like “Permaplate” and “Recovr.” They removed those, but the numbers still didn’t add up because they sneakily added the cost of certification. When we questioned them, they claimed we were saving money because the monthly payments were lower than their original offer—only to find out this was due to a lower interest rate, not the price drop they promised. They literally talked circles around me and my daughter, wasting hours of our time. This was a colossal waste of time, except for the lesson learned: READ THE FINE PRINT. More
