I love my new Seltos Nick and Damian guided me thru the steps. Rachael my angel in service was also with me, everyone at the dealership knows how to be there for the customer, the finance man Zach was also steps. They were very quick very honest very efficient I thought their prices were competitive the only negative I wish the lobby was a little bit cooler temperature wise. Pricing from these folks is a moving target. Early on, they tried to get me to pay $1,500 because I didn't finance my purchase with them. Before that could happen, they decided I should let them "help" me complete the survey KIA sent me. That's the one to grade the salesman and dealership. I declined and now they won't return my texts asking about the window tint. I assume they will also refuse to honor their commitment to provide the first few oil changes, tire rotation and so forth. Bottom line: These folks make ridiculous demands in pricing, then don't honor their promises. Look elsewhere. You can't do worse. More
