I called this dealer ahead of time to check the availability of a used vehicle that had been posted online at a particular price, after finding out it was still available I made an appointment to c availability of a used vehicle that had been posted online at a particular price, after finding out it was still available I made an appointment to come the next day and check it out. Upon my arrival I find the vehicle still in its unclean condition from the day it was traded in, to which the salesman assured me was unusual being that there was still ash in the console and a foul oder of smoke. Still the same vehicle I was invited to drive 2 hours down to look at the day before. Nothing wrong with the vehicle and assured the cleaners can get the smell out, I move forward with getting an estimate of payment and the "pencil" paperwork I am brought has a used vehicle processing fee of a couple thousand dollars and recon fee of another thousand dollars. This on top of the fact that this "pencil" sheet has the original vehicle price 2k higher than the advertised internet price, so they bring out another sheet with the price adjusted to the "internet price" of which I seen and a sales manager to explain how they can charge a recon fee for a vehicle that obviously hasn't been "reconditioned" yet?? And I am assured once again, salesman tells me the cleaners will take care of all of that stuff by time I'm ready to leave here in my "new to me" ride. We haggle on the price and can't seem to get an agreement so I end up leaving and assuming the vehicle will be gone by the end of the day because as the sales manager says "there's 14 people waiting to purchasing this thing". So about an hour after leaving almost back home I get a message saying the vehicle still hasn't sold and that if I wanted to come back today, they would take another thousand off the sale price and I can take the vehicle home today!! So I drive back because the price was where I originally wanted to be. Now 3 hours after I left from our first meeting and test drive, the vehicle still hasn't been cleaned or even touched, but still assured that all the recon services can be done today before I take the vehicle home. So I wait around for about 2 more hours to sign off on the offer paperwork and the new " pencil " sheet. Now, finally time to sign the actual papers and it's done electronically on the finance guys desk, at which he tells me how lucky I am to be getting such a great rate and that the only way the bank will approve this loan is if I sign up for the extended care package and GAP insurance to which I tell him I do not want and he explains that I can't get this rate on my loan unless I have it. (Which is a lie BTW) so I sign the terms at 72 months at 6.5 int and $414 a month. Then he has me sign a couple other spots on the electronic signature table that he explains locks in my terms. Tells me I'll have a copy of all this in email by the end of the night and I am on my way!! To the vehicle that's had a full reconditioning in about 3 hours, but whatever I wanted the vehicle whether they cleaned it or not. To my surprise I have to wait almost 2 weeks to get copies of my e papers from dealer, which show my payment is now 459 and for some reason the original purchase price for the vehicle is listed at 24,920 which is what they tried to have me pay initially before I told them I seen it online for the "internet price" which is still 3k more than what I intended on signing for. Bottom line, expect to have the wool pulled over your eyes at this dealer and watch everything they try to do with the paperwork carefully, ask for a paper copy of anything you sign and don't forget to mention you saw it on the internet 😉 More

Después de 5 años siendo Cliente Me trataron como Basura definitivamente desde que dejo de ser fucillo nada fue igual, Estuve desde las 2pm hasta las 8pm para al final irme a casa con un mal Gusto y Bastant definitivamente desde que dejo de ser fucillo nada fue igual, Estuve desde las 2pm hasta las 8pm para al final irme a casa con un mal Gusto y Bastante molesto, estuve horas negociando una oferta y al final la conseguí, Salude al vendedor nos felicitaron y me dijeron Que hiban hacer todos los documentos, me siento a esperar y paso 1hr y media al final el vendedor Quien fue muy amable y tremenda persona llego con otro vehículo que No era el que habiamos acordado el negocio un Vehículo de mucho menos valor y La Respuesta que Recibi fue que el Jefe se equivocó y era otro el vehículo que me hiban a dar , Lo increíble es que nunca vi ningún otro vehículo 🤦🏻♂️ después que menejo el vehículo acordado me hago la ilusión de que sera mio ellos me salen con esta Jugada de mal Gusto , viaje 2hrs para llegar alli estuve mas de 6 hrs negociando y al final me fui a casa con las manos vacias y sintiendome engañado , Pero Sera la ultima vez que pise ese lugar me perdieron como cliente y nunca Yo ni nadie que Yo conozca ira alli jamas More
