I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted yet was still at the dealership for 6 hours before finally driving the car off the lot. I worked with I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted yet was still at the dealership for 6 hours before finally driving the car off the lot. I worked with Joel, who was friendly, but his manager and I agreed on a 72 month instead of 64 because that would keep the monthly payments within my budget. By the time I got all the paperwork signed with finance and going around and around about a warranty that I repeatedly said ‘no’ to until they brought the basic package down to about $15 a month, I walked out with a splitting headache. The customer service AFTER they have your money is nonexistent. They have never responded to my email about getting the tire light manually turned off after I was reassured that it would be taken care of before I drove it off the lot. Even with knowing I had to drive this car over 1000 miles back to Ohio. Thankfully, the tires are fine and it really was just the sensor, but no thanks to them. I was told I would probably have to have a second 30 day tag for the car while things got sorted between Florida and Ohio yet Robert, the finance manager, has yet to return any of the phone calls or voicemails I have left him. The Vin verification form I was given when I bought the car was completed in Florida and sent to Robert the following week, yet I still received a phone call last week from a lady and a different office telling me they would need that form to complete all of the paperwork for the car. I let her know that I had sent it to Robert the week prior, however when I talk to her again this week she had not been able to contact him by phone or email, either. So despite doing everything that I needed to do, she had to overnight me a prepaid envelope for me to send her the Vin verification that I had to complete a second time due to the lack of customer service on their end. While these minor things are somewhat annoying, the icing on the cake has been that upon making my first payment, I realize that the loan was put in for 84 months, not the 72 that was agreed upon. This is also how it appears on the documents I was given on a flash drive. At NO point in time was it ever stated that the loan amount went from 72 to 84 months. Only the monthly payment amount was discussed after getting to finance. I was never informed at any point in the discussion that the number of monthly payments had increased. This is about as dishonest as it gets. More

This is the second time I purchased a used car from this dealership and I have to say I didnt appreciate the many managers that tried to have me give money on a down payment and a higher monthly payment aft dealership and I have to say I didnt appreciate the many managers that tried to have me give money on a down payment and a higher monthly payment after I explained my absolute bottom line. I traded a car in to purchase this other car you had for sale. They finally agreed to my payment that I knew could work for me being that I live on disability. When it came time to complete the final paper work in financing, I noticed a signature requirement on a document that was a "Premium Protect Plus" Plan for $999. I told the finance employee that I didnt want this and he said its already included, I felt pressured and rushed to sign as if there was no recourse. How could it be included if I didnt agree to it? I would appreciate a refund check for the $999 to resolve this matter. With the trade in and purchase with my first buying experience, I was given two free oil changes of which I only used one, because I traded that car back in for the one I have now. Looking through the papers, I noticed that I didnt receive any paper that would indicate complimentary oil changes. Why is that? I recieve emails telling me Im part of the "Kia of Port Charlotte" family. From my experience it doesnt feel like"Family" (Just so you know, one of my family members has purchased a new car and uses the service dept.) I did give my initial sales person five stars because he was kind and pleasent to work with. Laura Robb More

This dealership has shady and non-transparent pricing. Also Joey, the manager in financing who prices the cars is condescending and disrespectful.
