It was a busy Saturday and had to hunt for a sales agent so we could look and the car. Reception area was staffed by one person who failed to recognize us as we stood at the reception counter. When we pushe so we could look and the car. Reception area was staffed by one person who failed to recognize us as we stood at the reception counter. When we pushed him to talk to us, he informed us he was not a receptionist, just using the computer at that location. A horrible start, but he did find us a sales agent. Carlos was great.
