Bought a new car last week, days later I noticed a bad oil leak. I tried to reach out to the dealership. No one would return my calls, not my sales person and not the sales manager. I left plenty of voice oil leak. I tried to reach out to the dealership. No one would return my calls, not my sales person and not the sales manager. I left plenty of voicemails. No one returned the calls. When I purchased a car, I was told, please let us know if you need anything or if anything happens. We will take care of it but nothing. Terrible Customer Service. Need to take back my bad review my sales person reached out to me and took care of everything. Had the car towed to get the service fixed and gave me a loaner car and everything is great now. More

I bought my Kia from Kia of North Austin, and it was a completely smooth transaction. Subsequent service appointment have been similarly great. Service managers are personable and efficient.
