Did work I don't think I needed. I received a "wheel bearing" front right wheel which I believe I did not need. Brought car in for oil change. When I left had rumbling noise up front. I received a "wheel bearing" front right wheel which I believe I did not need. Brought car in for oil change. When I left had rumbling noise up front. Called and made an appointment. Took car in and told Christy what was going on. She said it sounded like a wheel bearing. So I received the wheel bearing. Drove the car out, and still making the same noise. Made another appointment. They rotated my tires. Noise went away. I believe the tires were rotated when I brought it in for the oil change. At present, noise has gone away. $420.38 for wheel bearing. More

Awesome customer service Reasonably pricing. Great customer service. They helped me out by letting me bring the car in ahead of time, and dropping off until they could get to Reasonably pricing. Couldn’t get my car in park I took my car to Kia on Friday was told by a service tech I wasn’t putting enough pressure on brake. Then Saturday wouldn’t go in park again took it b I took my car to Kia on Friday was told by a service tech I wasn’t putting enough pressure on brake. Then Saturday wouldn’t go in park again took it back to Kia service department closed. One of the salesman Dennis even tried he had a hard time for it to go in park. So Monday am called Kia I felt like I was getting the run around. Kristy and Joe was very nice but that didn’t fix my car. When I took it to Kia Monday afternoon was told shift lever not under warranty was told first it was because of extending warranty. Then was told not told them to order the part for me. Joe and one of the servicemen came out to my car. The serviceman pull the cover off so at least it will go into park. Service department in the past has been awesome I just felt like the serviceman Friday didn’t believe what I was telling him. I even video a man trying to put it in park.
