Kia Service Center I purchased a new car from Kia a year ago. The Kia Service Center is the only place I service my car (oil changes, maintenance) as I do not trust many I purchased a new car from Kia a year ago. The Kia service center offers free detailing with a service definitely beats a popular drop in oil change chain who only vacuums the floor and maybe wipes the windows. Buy a Kia, service it there. We bought our first car from Berglund Kia approx 9 years ago--and it was not a good experience. I intended never to patronize you guys again. Then, there was some type of small recall for my vehicle, so I brought it in to the service dept. Christy is unfailingly polite and helpful. She is friendly and genuine. Not once over the years have I ever felt she was trying to upsale me unnecessarily--which I have frequently experienced in dealerships. Not once over the years has she ever made me feel like my question was stupid or talked down to me while answering my questions--which I have frequently experienced in dealerships and other repair shops. She is the whole reason we bought a second car from Kia. She will be the reason when we buy a third. If she ever leaves Kia for another dealership, I will go with her. More

Friendly They are Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned about maintenance needed. Christi Herald is the best.
