Awesome customer care Lynchburg Kia has been working with us on a recurring problem with brake lights on our Optima. They did everything they could, including having a scar Lynchburg Kia has been working with us on a recurring problem with brake lights on our Optima. They did everything they could, including having a scarcely available technical representative address the issue. They provided alternate transportation while our car was tied up. Buying my first SUV Overall I got what I wanted out of the dealership which included a reliable SUV with everything I wanted and payments that I was happy with. There are some issues with management that were noticed in customer care that should be worked on. I’m not the kind of person who thinks numbers should ever be used against a customer especially if someone alters some numbers, aren’t they supposed to want to help the customers? I’ve found it’s harder being a young person and trying to do it on your own because you can look vulnerable to dealers but it shouldn’t be that way. My sales representative Elena gets my highest rating since she was friendly and answered all my questions although tones shifted when I first was unsure about a deal but overall my experience with her was the best out of the dealership. I worked with Tammy who was very sweet, slightly with Chester as well as with Robert some in the beginning who are all managers. Chester altered something numbers when they tried to switch the interest rate from that they had first given me on paper which I appreciated but when I had to go back to the dealership the next day since they let me leave without registration for my new vehicle he had told my mom something about giving me gas money for the inconvenience and when I got there all he did was give me my registration, again the thing of not being there with a parent and being a young adult I feel. I was disappointed in my experience with him in that factor. Robert was kind but pressured with his numbers and there was even back and forth when my parents weren’t there that they weren’t there with him and Elena when I first didn’t want to take a deal I was not comfortable with and I don’t tolerate any attack or comment about parents and I’ve experienced this before with other dealerships which is sad. I met with the service manager next door I believe his name is Joe and he was kind and got my appointment set up for my first service. Besides some things that should be worked on with management and the way they do customer care with younger people I got what I wanted and they helped me get where I wanted to be in payments and overall I was satisfied with what I got out of it. More
