My experience at Kia wasn’t the best but I am very grateful for the help of my sales associate Richetta Reed She knew what she was doing and got the j My experience at Kia wasn’t the best but I am very grateful for the help of my sales associate Richetta Reed She knew what she was doing and got the job done but I do feel this process took extremely longer than it needed to be. Unfortunately, I stood there for hours and I had my 80 year old grandmother and sister in the car for that long. I feel they were so worried about the purchase they forgot that it was an elder in the car for about 5 hours. At the end of the process I really wasn’t excited as I should’ve been because I was so Worried about my grandmother. Another thing is I just went in there literally just to talk, I felt like Ms. Reed was a little too pushy but she had a fun and big personality. She worked with me and I appreciate everything. Process was a bit overwhelming but I’m in love with my 16 Hyundai Sonota. I would recommend anyone to go but make sure you have no one with you and no other plans.
