I actually have never met any one in person. My car was injured by a truck tire and left there on a weekend after hours. Everything was done by phone and with the collision repair company. Max was great very nice not pushy like I thought I was walking into. He was fantastic on working around to try and get me my sorento! I also had my impatient 3 yr old with me, he was amazing on keeping hi walking into. He was fantastic on working around to try and get me my sorento!
