The customer service in person, is Great! But the telephone service needs improvement. There's no one that can answer basic questions for you on the phone without the switchboard saying she' But the telephone service needs improvement. There's no one that can answer basic questions for you on the phone without the switchboard saying she'll take my number and someone will call me back. That's the only concern that I have about KIA at Leesburg. I'm a new customer and I know the importance of building a good business relationship with you Auto Dealer. So, I'm slow to complain. But your Phone system makes me feel like no one cares about the Public by phone! But the Public in Person gets greeted nicely. Nice big waiting area. I had a very good experience and Alan Woodyard was 90% responsible for that. Thank You KIA of Leesburg! More

Alan (I think, I'm bad with names. Cute guy with black glasses & beard) was very friendly and on-point! He estimated my wait time to be apx 2 hours, and it was less than an hour and a Cute guy with black glasses & beard) was very friendly and on-point! He estimated my wait time to be apx 2 hours, and it was less than an hour and a half! He washed my car and fixed the safety recall. Also, had an 8,000 mile service performed. He also came in and gave kept me up to date on where they were at. Very awesome technician! Thank you for your service! More
