The service department was very good. What I didn’t like was the guy outside the service area. The guy works for a company called At Home. A glass replacement company. My sales person Sergio Vega was terrific. I live 100 miles from the dealership and wanted a total price for a new 2025 Kia Sorentos S with a panoramic sunroof. I explained to Sergio the difficult time I was having at other dealerships with getting a firm price and that I didn’t want to drive 100 miles only to have the price increased with unnecessary fees. Sergio said he understood and quoted me a very competitive and firm “out the door’ price.” I drove to the dealership and Sergio had everything ready for me. He made what can be a stressful process easy. He was a pleasure to work with and was all about customer service. I highly recommend using him if you are in the market for a Kia.
