Horrible that my complaint was never answered. It’s unfair that I paid 400 for service that didn’t fix air and I had to bring the car back. I complained and told I would receive an answer and never did. I can not recommend Kia. I never received this lack of service my cars purchased from Gm and Chrysler. I am beyond disappointed. More

I told Rob Giugno that I was NOT interested in purchasing a vehicle that day. I was only interested in looking. Rob does NOT listen to what the customer says. He's only interested in the almighty dollar tha a vehicle that day. I was only interested in looking. Rob does NOT listen to what the customer says. He's only interested in the almighty dollar that he gets. When Rob filled out my application he inflated my income by more than $10,000 and showed that I had been employed for 10 years. None of this is accurate. I took my application back in 2 days later and talked with a manager. He told me the income didn't matter cause the finance company only looks at my credit score-I know that's a lie. I also told him I haven't been employed for 10 years because I'm retired and live on my social security and no way would I'd been given a loan off of what I get on my social security. The manager again said it didn't matter cause I was still receiving an income; it didn't matter how little. And I know that's not true either. So this just goes to show this place and these people don't care about the truth, they just want that almighty dollar-how sad. So for these reasons, I will never deal with these people or this dealership ever again. They will lie and do what they have to just to get a sale. More
