I bought my 2017 Sorrento from you. I’ve had you service the car, and was always pleased. Monday September 11, my low oil pressure light came on, not sure what to do stopped by you. Will Sherman your service manager checked the oil for me. I had no oil reading on the dip stick. Will and another worker put 3 cans of oil in for me. I want you to know how much I Appreciate it. It a wonderful dealership , but i will say i did recent run into an issue. My car was scheduled and request to be done under alan or Terryl (i’m sorry if i spelled that wrong), but yet it was taken by some run into an issue. My car was scheduled and request to be done under alan or Terryl (i’m sorry if i spelled that wrong), but yet it was taken by someone else and i was not informed by anyone. as well as my PSI on my front two tires were at 42 when i picked me car up - yet at drop off they were at 25. I do not appreciate not being informed someone else handled my car, as well as my tires being so high, plus nobody bothered with the back tires. so my fronts being at 42 and my back at 28? a bit wild if you ask me. More

Was not open about all the disadvantages of lease were very pushy this was 3 years ago and now buying my lease and feel was taken advantage of when I went to buy out lease the salesman was nice but not fo very pushy this was 3 years ago and now buying my lease and feel was taken advantage of when I went to buy out lease the salesman was nice but not fond of manager sitting up at desk was there from noon till 6:30p not necessary the finance manager was nice not sure I would go back or recommend sorry but not a pleasant experience and I have bought several cars from there but probably not again I likemy sorrento but would go somewhere else More
