Garrett near the very end was the only decent communication we received over the 3 months. We used to be big fans of Kia, but now I’d like to a big improvement in service. Bought a 2023 soul sales person continually told us this car is under warranty you’re so lucky no other dealership would do this it’s under warranty. Then when we got to the sales desk to sign the paperwork car is under warranty you’re so lucky no other dealership would do this it’s under warranty. Then when we got to the sales desk to sign the paperwork last minute he tells us there’s not very much warranty and you should buy this to cover the computers. We ended up spending 4000 over a budget because of this , did not appreciate last-minute information about the car. More
