10/2 - Brought car in to KIA - AC Not working. Was told there was nothing wrong 10/6 - AC not working, also engine light came on related to battery management. Kept car and provided a rental Was told there was nothing wrong 10/6 - AC not working, also engine light came on related to battery management. Kept car and provided a rental through Enterprise. 10/9 - They were hooking up with KIA diagnostics in California. 10/12 - Dealership Still working with KIA. They were asked to send another flight recording to KIA. 10/16 - They are going back and forth with KIA. 10/16 - They will most likely condem the compressor. But cannot do so until KIA approves. It will take THREE DAYS to get a new one. 10/18 - Called at 9:23 to get status on car. I called back at 3:55 after not receiving a call back. On hold for 10 minutes, called back. Left another message. 10/20 - Called at 10:00 am. to get status on car. Never received a call back. 10/20 - Filed complaint with KIA Customer Care Center. 10/21 - Went to KIA of Leesburg to get status on car. They are still going back and forth with KIA "engineers" in California. It seems that they found nothing with the battery/engine fault issue. Now dealing with AC. They are waiting on direction from KIA-California. It takes 24-48 for KIA-California to respond after dealership sends flight recording. Requested that they put me in a better loaner car. NOTE: SALES MANAGER AND ADVISOR ARE VERY NICE IN THEIR RESPONSES. HOWEVER, AS OF 10/21 MY '23 SPORTAGE IS NOT FIXED!! This is my 4th vehicle that I purchase from Bill Bryan KIA, now KIA of Leesburg. I have always been VERY SATISFIED with service.....NOT THIS TIME. More
Service was great & quick. Got a car wash and only washed three sides of the car, offered to re-wash, but i have a toddler and didn’t have time to wait. Pleasant 1hour experiense Everyone was very pleasant and courteous with customer service. I had an oil change and filter and I was done in an hour and 15 minutes with washing the car.
