The sale went smoothly,and Ron and Zach were very accomodating. We were able to get what we wanted on the car. The wait for the finance person was a little long, but they kept checking on us, and y accomodating. We were able to get what we wanted on the car. I would travel over 100 miles one way to buy another car from this dealership and did just that!.. After spending three days traveling back and forth from Tampa to Deland to help my 82 year old father buy a from this dealership and did just that!.. After spending three days traveling back and forth from Tampa to Deland to help my 82 year old father buy a car in Deland or somewhere close by, I was running out of options. Being that he was 82 and was recently in an accident that totaled his car he really didn't want to drive to far from a dealership to purchase a vehicle. On day number four of my search and drive back to Deland from Tampa, I found a used car that fit his requests at Bill Bryan Kia on the internet as well as one in Orlando. Traveling from Tampa to Deland I went by Bill Bryan first to check out the car before I drove my father back another 45 miles to see it. After being pleasantly surprised at the great condition the vehicle was in I explained that it was exactly what my father was looking for however he had a certain budget he HAD to stay within and that if they could work within that budget I would drive the additional 90 miles round trip to pick him up to come test drive it. Not only did JB the finance manager call me back quickly with a price within our budget, but when I explained my fathers distance situation and my major concern over him driving the car home if he did decided to buy it, I ask if they could possibly deliver the car to Deland some 45 miles away. Without hesitation JB said YES and I knew this would be worth the drive back for my father to test drive. Ron met us when we returned and was no only incredibly professional, but very efficient getting all the paperwork completd given that we were the last customer on a Sunday afternoon. We were not able to get the financing request submitted until Monday morning, but JB went out of his way to submitt to several companies for us and lower the price to ensure my 82 year old father was able to get the car. No haggeling, no back and forth...just one phone call telling me the deal was done at exactly what we needed. Ron delivered all the financing paperwork and the car to my fathers home some 45 miles away and went over everything with him. I have never had a car buying experience with salesmen like Ron and JB that displayed so much integrity, moral character and geniune compasssion! I would highly recommend making a drive from near or far to purchase a car from this dealership and these professionals. Thank you again Ron and JB! More
Ms Perkins was very knowlegeable on all aspects of the vehicle I purhcased and spent a lot of time showing me all of the details. We drove over an hour and it was well worth the trip. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up the van we wanted was waiting outside for us. We were not rushed we were told to get something to eat first. On Sat they have a BBQ which my son and I are not big burger eaters but, they uses some sauce on them that is sooo yummy. We both wanted one after we tried my husbands. They have hot dogs, chips, a soda fountain, water, cookies, popcorn, coffee, and hot chocolate. Tom even came out with a bag of candy for the kids. On the way to Kia my kids asked if they were going to get cookies and popcorn like at toyota. Well, their new favorite place is Bill Bryan Kia. The had a play area for the kids when we were filling out paper work. The price of the van was great and most of their uses cars have low milages on them due to the fact that they are by an older development where they don't use their cars much. There were other customers who came in but, Tom did not rush us on and even wanted to answer questions about other cars they had there for us. We already know our next Kia we want in two yrs when we get rid of our Toyota. LOL More
Richard Winn is the most patient salesman that I have ever ran into. He has an excellent knowledge of the product and was able to answer (many times) our questions. For example, when the final cost sheet was given to us, he stepped away as the wife and I discussed it. We felt that he was on our side throughout the whole process, before, during and afterwards. When he called us and said that our car was on the lot, he used his cell phone to send us pictures. Its small gestures like this that made us want to buy our new KIA. I know our KIA will last several years but, if and when the time comes again, we will be searching out Richard Winn. More
