From our first contact with Mr Morse, he was very helpful. He showed us several vehicles that matched perfectly our description of what we were looking to buy. We explained that we had only started our search and he was very understanding and put no "pressure" on us for an immediate answer. This was unbelievable from our past car buying experiences. We left the dealership and searched elsewhere for two days. Nothing we came across compared to what we found in the 2013 Sportage or the people we came in contact with. We went back to seek Mr Morse's help again. The deal he offered us, fit our budget, our traveling needs, and made a new friend along the way. We were certainly happy with our Bill Bryan Kia experience. More
We called and got a quote for a used car to pay for with cash. Got the quote and went to the bank and got cash. Went to the dealer countered their offer $385 less and they came back to me $380.00 more the cash. Got the quote and went to the bank and got cash. Told them have a good day and took my cash off the table and went to get the wife and kids from their play area... The internet manager I think his name was Robbie came to me and asked what the problem was I told him and he said to wait a minute as he was the one who gave me the first okay on the quote over the phone... We waited and he came back $60 over the quote he approved to the guy to tell me over the phone. I told him have a nice night... He asked me if I didn't think it was a good deal and that I was going to walk over $60 dollars. I told him it is $400 more then I want to pay. He said are you trying to negotiate? I told him I was told a price on the phone and that I was countering it. He then just walked away as I was saying so yo tell people a price on the phone to get them in here and then tell them it is more??? This was a bad experience for the second time as I tried to give them a second chance. About two years ago we went to them for and advertised car with air conditioning as a feature offered at a great price and after coming down to test drive I saw that it did not have air and told them that it says it does in the ad on-line... Beware of what they say and what they offer as are all nice until you stand up and not want to be "taken for a ride" More

We spoke several times over the week about used Souls on the lot. I had opurchased a new 2000 CRV which had over 2000,000 miles on it when my daughter traded it for her Sorento. I loved driving that car and also wanted to test drive a newer CRV. When Ronn and I met with Tim on July 4th, Tim asked me what I was looking for in a car. My requests were good visibility, ease of getting in and out of the car by sliding in and out, not climbing in and out, cost, warranty and gas mileage, not necessarily in that order. I was not interested in sunroof or advanced electronic features. We selected a Dune 2013 Soul to which we will add a back-up camera. Tim was in tuned to my needs and was patient and helpful without pressuring. I would definitely refer friends to Bill Brian Kia. More

I had an appointment through the internet manager to test drive a Kia Forte Koup. I made it clear I was in a decision mode as to decide on a vehicle I wanted to buy and would be visiting another dealership ( drive a Kia Forte Koup. I made it clear I was in a decision mode as to decide on a vehicle I wanted to buy and would be visiting another dealership (mainly Honda and Hyundai and would not be purchasing that day). My salesperson Serhan, who I did the test drive with was very nice and polite and understood I was not ready to buy today. Seemed like it is the dealerships practice to bring over the "big guns" if the sales rep did not write up a sale. I do not remember his name but he was very aggressive and rude. He even seemed angry when I told him not ready to deal today, still want to look at other vehicles. I wonder if he would have acted like that if I had been a man! I am a 68 year old woman and did not appreciate the treatment I received there. I will never go back to this dealership again. I have however, decided to purchase a Kia Forte Koup (2014) but will be at another local area dealership that treated me in a polite, professional manner. More
I am a return customer to the dealership. Bruce Ruff was friendly, courteous, and informed during my latest purchase. He listened to what options I was looking for in a new Sorento and proceeded to che was friendly, courteous, and informed during my latest purchase. He listened to what options I was looking for in a new Sorento and proceeded to check every one on the lot for the one that matched my criteria. He did not pressure me into making my purchase, but did offer suggestions and alternatives. Bruce even called me at the beginning of the week to help me arrange my first service appointment with my 2014 vehicle. I came back to Bill Bryan Kia because I have noticed a commitment by everyone that I have dealt with there to do their best in servicing the customer. And I believe that the dealership and their employees realize the deal begins with the sale and does not end with it! More
