I would give this service center a 5 star rating if they could fix the ongoing issue with the AWD/4WD, I’m told when leaving that they weren’t able to find anything wrong. I drive about a mile and the war could fix the ongoing issue with the AWD/4WD, I’m told when leaving that they weren’t able to find anything wrong. I drive about a mile and the warning light is back on the dash. I believe the issue has been looked at at least 3 maybe 4 times since leasing my 2023 Sportage. This last time they kept my Sportage overnight. And I’m not happy that my service advisor has not called me back. I do appreciate that this dealership has a shuttle service for its customers. Also Pepper and Ashley were great!!! Another negative is the front mats were not vacuumed. More
