The sales team was constantly rude and trying to upsell after being told no many times. Tried to raise the price on the car roughly $10k more after driving a hour and half talking about one price. When they came back with the first offer of $10k higher and an insane interest rate I stood up and said no thanks and started to walk away. The finance manager then proceeded to yell from ACROSS THE BUILDING "SIR I AM WORKING ON IT SO IF YOU ARE GOING TO WALK OFF THEN WALK OFF AND I'LL STOP" If the Crystal River Kia had this car when I wanted it, I would have gone there. If anyone for the rest of existence asks what dealership NOT to go to, I'm saying Kia of Leesburg is hands down the worst experience. More
