Bought a 2023 soul sales person continually told us this car is under warranty you’re so lucky no other dealership would do this it’s under warranty. Then when we got to the sales desk to sign the paperwork car is under warranty you’re so lucky no other dealership would do this it’s under warranty. Then when we got to the sales desk to sign the paperwork last minute he tells us there’s not very much warranty and you should buy this to cover the computers. We ended up spending 4000 over a budget because of this , did not appreciate last-minute information about the car. More

The lot was crowded with vehicles. So crowded that it was difficult to find the customer parking that was marked only on the parking bumpers (tall signs would be helpful). Two sales people took my name, address, etc to put on a form. The salesman Miguel then asked me the same questions to type into his computer. After I told him which car I wanted, another man came in to say he could get it (in my color) from another store. So we went over what my trade-in was worth and that I would get a loan in order to get a rebate. Signed a few forms. A few days later, Miguel told me that my car was in. When could I get it? When could I get it. We made an appointment for 2 days later at 9AM. As I was driving to the dealership that morning, I get a call from Miguel asking if I could postpone until 10AM. I explained I was on my way (and I had to work in the afternoon). OK. When I arrived at Kia of Leesburg, Sebastian had me fill out more forms and mentioned that another salesman had "pre-sold" my car to another customer. But since I was here, I got it. The next stage was sitting with Greg in his office to sign the rest of the digital forms (which were given to me on a flash drive). FINALLY I was given keys and shown my car! Sebastian spent a few minutes pairing it with my phone. Then I was on my way. Two days later I got a call from the dealership asking about my 4pm appointment with Miguel that day. I told the man on the phone that I didn't remember making that appointment -- and since I had the car, I didn't know what it would be for. Was the purchase easy? Was it pleasant? We would recommend this dealership because of our salesperson Tim, however we are extremely disappointed with the management due to our recent experience feeling like we were given the bare and switc salesperson Tim, however we are extremely disappointed with the management due to our recent experience feeling like we were given the bare and switch due to our written agreement for our trade-in for our new vehicle on order which took several months. Once the car finally arrived we were called to come in, we again verified verbally the price and told yes. Once we got to the dealership we were presented with a price of six thousand dollars higher which is a huge discrepancy as to what was agreed too by us and the sales team. We blame the management for not discussing this with us and making no effort for any compensation for loyal customers. We were blindsided as we think our salesman Tim was as well. We deserve better and would like to hear from the management team. We still go to the dealership for our service on our new vehicle. We did continue with the purchase out of respect for for our salesman and the fact that we honor our commitment as we ordered the vehicle. More
